Upgrade zyxel USG40W from 4.10 to 4.71

In upgrade firmware scenario, it should no problem to apply previous confkguration.
You can backup startup-config.conf to your PC first
And you can upgrade 4.71 firmware to Standby Partition with reboot directly.
