Hallo!

Wie kann ich meine USG Flex 200 in meinem Nebula registrieren? Es war eine Retoure und wurde scheinbar vom Vorgänger schon in Nebula registriert. Rechnung, Seriennummer, MAC-Adressse sind vorhanden. Mein Account ist ebenso für den Support freigeschaltet. Danke!

    You can follow these steps to register your device to you account on Nebula server:
    (1) Download "Nebula Mobile" App to your smart phone and logon your account.
    (2) Enter to the Org and Site which you created before, App will redirect to "Add Device" page to you.
    (3) You can find the QR code label at device backplan (it include serial number and MAC address). On App, you can use "scan QR code" to add the device to your account.
