Hi,
One of our client makes 4000/5000 new files and sends its via FTP trought ATP 800.
Sometimes ATP crashes and stucks.
Thanks to logs we notice that FTP send all the files in 10/15minutes: so the firewall stucks.
The Zysh crashes so we must force the reboot with power cyrcle.

Is there any protection to solve that problem?! We don't found yet.
Someone else?!
Any suggestions?

@Zyxel_Stanley it's the same problem for what we involved you and for what we have to rebuild HA System to work around the problem.
@MarioNisi knows everything, please work with him

    Hi @Omnia
The Monitor > Sandboxing pop out error message is come from an unnecessary configuration.
So it caused system retry again and again....until the service unavailable.
The configuration has been improved, and error message seems not happen again.
