G'day,

I'm new to this site but have an issue with reliability with running SIP through the VES1724-56. The router being used is a VMG8324.
The front end is a Netgear modem then into a Draytek 2962. I suspect the issue is caused by double NAT but how can it be resolved?

    Hi

Not sure what kind of SIP reliability issue you faced, but as I knew the VES1724-56 just passthrough SIP packet as L2 switch.
Suggest to mirror the packet to do further clarify.
And maybe move SIP server to connected directly to VES1724-56 uplink for test and cross check.
