USG Flex 200 Cannot Connect To Cloud

Here is what I have done:
connect internet to wan port
connect laptop to lan port
Upgrade firmware
Transfer control to NCC.
But still it shows red color.
AP and switch connected as downlink are green and online.
Firewall still red and offline.
What did I do wrong.

I retried again, I didnt put the computer there long enough.
Problem is solved1

Hi @businessuer
Not sure the steps were correct while you deployed ZTP. Can you try to execute ZTP again and see if your device can connect to NCC successfully
?

If it still does not work, can you provide the complete reboot console log to us via private message? We would like to check if there are unusual log messages.
