Error IPSec VPN 100

Hello everyone and first thanks for your help.

I have a problem with an IPSec VPN on Zyxel VPN 100.
This message appears in the log.
My ISP is Orange Spain and ONT is connect directly on a my WAN interface.(Vlan20)


Can you help me?

    Once this kind of logs appears, it means the send out packets are dropped by the device policy.
    The policy could be policy control, session control, BWM, or policy routing. Please have a check on those policies you configured or you may send us your configuration file in private message so that we can further assist you
