Some devices can not access the internete and Zywall

Hi,
Some devices can not access the internete and Zywall (not ping)
I did the tests: When I manually give the IP address of the Internet appliance, the internet is interrupted and I can not ping Zywall either.
Is there a security setting so that a device that has a rope through DHCP will not leave the ip address internally?

    Hi @Abdullah

    When you setup the static IP address on USG WAN interface, you can make sure your environment first.

    (1)  The IP address is provided from your ISP.

    (2)  There is no nay security setting on your device which in front of USG. (maybe your switch or modem has limited it)
