Zyxel USG20-VPN FireWall Update

Hi there,

I got an USG20-VPN the version is v4.65(ABAQ.1), I want to upload the newest version like v5.30(ABAQ.0). But I don't know why I can't successfully do it. Is there any other way I could try?Thanks for helping me.

    Can you describe how you update the firmware? via Web-GUI? Is there any error message appearing on Web-GUI or Monitor log? If you can provide the screenshot to us that would be better to let us understand your situation. Thanks.

    Hello Zyxel_Jeff,
    we have same problem, USG20-VPN with V4.65(ABAQ.1), try to update to 5.30. From Cloud update finish with this error - Error: Firmware update fail – checksum error, code: 400. If I try local update to Standby, upload is running after it finish, old firmware is not replaced with new one.

    We try to upload older version 5.20, 5.21, not succesfully.

    Its come up before but you are unzip the file to upload the .bin ?

    Checksum error is from Cloud update. Same problem I have on another USG, there are USG40 with 4.65 and trying update to 4.72.

    And of course, only .bin file was uploaded.
