How do I force delete an IPSec VPN user?

I have an IPSec VPN user that shows active that I need to delete. I get error 3004 when I try to delete the user. Can I force a logoff and then delete?

    Welcome to Zyxel community. :) You can force kick off user at "MONITOR > VPN Monitor > IPSec"

    or "MONITOR > VPN Monitor > L2TP over IPSec"
