Mesh / Roaming possible between multiple NWA90AX APs without using Nebula?

Hi,

is it somehow possible to use Mesh / Roaming between multiple NWA APs (to make video/audio calls without interrupts when moving between APs) when using  the standalone mode?

    Welcome to Zyxel community!


    For seamless roaming between wireless network deployment in standalone mode, you have to setup same SSID profile with same password on two APs.

     

    The best practice is to ensure 15 to 20% signal coverage overlap between APs, for signal survey, you could use the scan tool such as inSSIDer for laptop to check when walking from one AP to another. Most clients start roaming when signal drops to -65 to -75dBm so we suggest the coverage area should at least around -65dBm.
