USG 110 and VPN Client zyxel

Hello
I have a problem with VPN Client Zyxel and some computer with win 10 (after update ; with tablet surface): VPN client doesn t word (impossible to connect the tunnel)

    What's the software installed on your PC? IPSec VPN Client or SecuExtender?

    Which VPN Client version is installed on your PC?

    Does the issue still exist after re-installing the software?

    * Ipsec vpn client
    * I try version 3.7.204.61.13 & 3.6.204.61.4 & 3.5.204.61.06
    * After re-installing : same problem

    PS:
    I try to stop on Win10 the following Services: 
    IKE- and AuthIP Ipsec Keymodule, IP-Helpservice, IP-sec Rule Agent
    --> same problem

    PS : I disable secureboot-->same problem
