SSL Vpn client Win vs. Mac

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a Mac SSL client on a  ATP200 (latest Lab fw released in may): a home worker bought a new Mac AIO, installed the SSL client (latest version) and copied the configuration from the old Win client.
There is no way to be authenticated.
Win client works fine.
Have i missed something?
Just for clarification more than 15 people are using the VPN daily without problems (all win client)

Any suggestion?

    More info about MacOS and SSLVPN client?
    L2TP might be a nice enough option for you?

    Do you mean application didn't pop up so there's no way to authenticate ?
    When the program is running, icon will be displayed on the top bar.

    hi guys, sorry for the delay.
    Update:  the issue seems to be related to the SSL port. On Atp SSL port is configured as 8443.
    On Mac where ":8443" is added to public IP another port is automatically added as reported in screenshot.
    If i restore port 443 in global parameters on ATP, (and delete :8443 on SSL Client) no more issue.

    ideas?

    Hi @Fred_77,
    The 10444 port on Firewall is used for receiving the packets sent from SecuExtender.So client added it automatically.
    If your HTTPS port has changed as 444, then it will display as:  XXX.DOMAIN.COM:444:10444
    But it will not effects VPN connection issue.

    Hello,

    I just found this thread, hopefully I have noticed I am not the only to face this problem.

    We also have the same issue here and connection cannot be made from Mac OS 10.14 with Zyxel VPN Client.
    The account works perfectly with a Windows agent.
    We a custom port number 10445 to connect to router.

    Can you please help us ?

    We had the issue on MACOS but we already fix in the latest firmware.Please find the following

    Hello Sir,

    Thank you for your reply.
    Here is the current firmware we use.


    My apologies if I was not clearer about this device brand I am using.
    I have checked the latest firmware (5.32) and it is mentioning the fix below.


    I'll let you know if this resolves the issue once USG is updated.
