Zyxel GS1910-24HP Reset .ROM Firmware

Hi, we have taken over some Zyxel GS1910-24HP switches which need resetting, I followed this tutorial online but need the .ROM software it seems to be able to reset it. I can't find it online if anyone can supply it?

    @LVRPA,

    Can you please follow up the below steps to reset, and feel free to let me know if have any questions.

    1.) Enter "Ctrl+C", while booting.


    2.) Enter "default" to reset to default.
    3.) Enter "reset" to reboot and wait for config re-generation



    4.) You can find the password and configuration have been reset.
