    Hi @FerryL

    Welcome to Zyxel community!

The check status is verified successfully in our environment.

NXC5500 uses DNS and HTTP (port80) to query firmware file from cloud server, and TCP (random port) to download firmware from server.

    (Domain is zapimg.cloud.zyxel.com)

Please ensure NXC5500 can access cloud server to download firmware by checking firewall logs and rules.

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Bella

    Hi @FerryL

    Thanks for the information.

We’ll need to check diagnostic file of NXC5500, can you download from MAINTENACE > Diagnostics > Controller and send the file via private message for me?

    Regards,

    Bella

I'd try to change the DNS server sequence.

    Dear Donaldroy,

    Welcome to Zyxel community!

I hope that you did some steps as we mentioned in the previous post. I also appreciate you give me the model, the firmware version you are using and what you did to make sure your DNS, firewall logs and rules are normal.

If you did everything as we suggested, however, the firmware upgrade is still fail, please provide us diagnostic file of your AP.

You can download from MAINTENACE > Diagnostics > Controller and send the file via private message for me. We check it as soon as possible.

I am sorry to announce that I removed the link in your post.
