Vpn site-to-site two Usg20

Hello,
I ask you for help with a problem that I can not solve.

I created a vpn site-to-site as instructed
FAQ_next_gen_usg_vpn_ipsec_site_to_site.pdf

What me server:

Print from site A> B result, it works.

Copying files from B> A result DOES NOT WORK

in practice, every file of more than a few kb (about 20) is blocked
and after about a minute I get the message that it is impossible to copy
this operation on the contrary generates the same problem

  I tried to create folders on servers, nas, local PCs also giving
  guest permissions and disabling Kaspesky

What can be the cause ?

    I tried vatie keys, even very simple but not resolved.
    yet it seems to me a standard procedure
    could it be the different firmware version between the two devices?

    Hi @Fran

    You can upgrade firmware to latest version.

    And try to enable “Ignore "Don't Fragment" setting in IP header” function on both of USG.

    Also updated usg location A but by enabling the indicated item, when I try to copy the file everything stops and after about 20 seconds error appears.
    I usually use Mikrotik and it's never happened to me, I've got these two Zyxel from this client and I'm a little confused about why it happens, other help?
