GS2220-28HP Ploycom VVX410 takes long to recognized

We just installed the GS2220-28HP and when we connect the Polycom VVX410 to the switch it takes a very long time before the phone starts up with poe? When we put the same phone in the old HP switch it starts immediately. Other Policoms do not have this problem. We are on latest firmware.

May I know how long will it take? Could you confirm if the PoE LED lights up immediately after plug-in the cable? Also, have you tried the same cable on a different phone for cross-check?
