Hi and thanks in advance . I have a problem with my gs1920hp48. the 192.168.1.1 wont open in edge or explorer. comes up with connection error. 
i updated the firmware this it when it happened any help would be great

    Follow the steps mentioned by  @McKenzie33
    If you still face error, then check... your ISP network. Is the same IP clashing with your Zyxel device IP....? If yes, then Use ZON Utility to connect.
