How to change the default 1.1.1.1 on N4100

Hello

I have a problem wifi Alcatel AP1101 while connecting by wifi behind a N4100

The 1.1.1.1 go on the Alcatel AP and no on the N4100

No change possible on Alcatel, can we change on the N4100 ?
