Need to roll back firmware
 
            Our connection is very stable and the old Cisco WLAN unit worked fine. Have replaced and extended the network with this new kit. Now the WiFi is rarely working, our customers and staff cannot work because of the amount of down time. During this downtime the wired network is working just fine.
I see from forums that there may be issues with 6.29 - is there a chance to rollback to v6.25P10 which I understand was a stable release?
When we first deployed these units everything was good, but I am concerned that this update has introduced issues that didn't exist previously.
Happy to roll the F/W back but can't see how to do it.

            Certainly, we can help to rollback firmware to stable version when AP is online on Nebula. But unfortunately we monitor for hours the AP didn’t come back so let me provide you the steps to apply firmware locally.  how can I initiate a firmware downgrade over you?
 I found / have many problems with the latest firmware of WBE660S.
 since the update in January my Apple HomeKit drives crazy.I can say 100% it’s the actually firmare, because I bought a second WBE660S and it has the stable firmware before from last year. I had both APs in m site and have the issues. I moved the WBE660s with latest firmware to another side and instantly all HomeKit devices works fine. 
 i‘m using nebula and a downgrade is not possible. I tried it also by ssh access but there is also no possibility under maintenance
 please contact me, than I give you my device information or you can see it directly under my account ;-)WBE660s is online, but in a different side. Why has Zyxel not a new update since 3 month? ;-( Cheers Joerg 0
