Changelogs for ITS firmware ??

Is here somebody from Zyxel firmware developers? We need to have also changelogs for ITS firmware. If something is wrong with USG, we are from support staff always forced to load latest ITS firmware, but we, nor local support staff, do not have the changelogs. I do not like again and again blindly load new firmware without chance to read changelog to see if our problem was resloved. Not all previously seen problems can be easy tested after new firmware upload..
