Dovrei configurare un USG Flex 100 su connessione pppoe ho le seguenti informazioni:
Username: 42995@s-tracert.it
psw: xxxxxxxxxx
VLAN: 835 
Ho anche seguito questa vs guida (https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/it/articles/360001390334-Configurazione-di-una-VLAN-su-un-interfaccia-WAN-PPPoE) ma non riesco a connettere il firewall

    Dovrebbe esserci una interfaccia specifica per il PPPoE su ognuna delle porte WAN.

    Wellcome to Zyxel community.
    When creating a VLAN interface, the base port setting is automatically filled as the first Ethernet port. You can make suer your VLAN base port setting matches your physical connection.

    buongiorno, innanzitutto grazie per le risposte, quindi in questo caso vado ad escludere il modem fornito dall' ISP?
