SecureExtender connection is not stable only with wireless connection ATP100W

I installed a new ATP100W and configured the VPN with SSL.
Connecting from a wired network the connection works correctly.
When I connect via wireless the connection drops after a few seconds.
I've tried both from the cell phone hotspot and from different access points.
I have verified that the MTU of the card is 1370.
The client I try from is windows10.

What is the firmware version of ATP100W? If you use the same Windows 10 client, is the SSL VPN connection s from wired network stable but the SSL VPN connection from wireless network is unstable?

We will run the test using wired and wireless network to check the symptom and update the test result to you on Jan. 31st.

Hi @BrunoEA,

client: Windows 10 (with wireless connection only)

SecuExtender version: 4.0.4.0

Topology:

ATP100W(wan)----Internet----(wireless connection) client(Windows 10)

Here is the screen shot of my test result using firmware 5.35. As you see, SSL VPN is connected over 30 minutes. Please ensure the client is NOT connected to the local AP of ATP100W. Besides, the IP range/subnet of SSL VPN pool cannot conflict with any wan/lan/dmz/wlan interfaces.

If you're sure the configuration on ATP100W is correct without IP conflict, please send the web GUI access of your ATP100W to me in private message.
