Hi!
I've a EX3301-T0 and i've been trying block some websites. But all i get is a timer on what day and time i can block that DEVICE. I want to block certain websites but don't seem to find the setting for it. I'm using V5.50(ABVY.3.1)C0 firmware

    Hello @Momo1272

Looking at the user guide at https://download.zyxel.com/EX3301-T0/user_guide/EX3301-T0_V5.15_5.70.pdf that is referenced from https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/download?model=ex3301-t0 it seems like you have to set up a Parental Control Profile (PCP) in order to block website URLs.

and it seems that PCP has to always contain time of day in them.

I hope that this is helpful.

    Kind regards,
         Tony

Hi @tonygibbs16! I've tried following this guide before posting. The guide and my "website" for the router look pretty different. When I get to create a profile I don't get the same options. I don't even have a tab that's for parental control under security. I've something called Scheduler Rule and the parental control is under connectivity but there is no prompt about blocking websites which is very confusing at this point. The Scheduler Rule just let's me add a new rule under a time. Everyweird...

    Hello @Momo1272

You're welcome. I can see the Scheduler Rule in the user manual, but I cannot see what actions it sets.

Can you post a screenshot / picture / photo of the Security part of the Navigation Panel please?
         - Parental Control should be there alongside Firewall, MAC Filter and others...
               - I can just seen that you have put screenshots in you original post now.

This is odd for me. Over to more expert people.

    Kind regards,
         Tony

Yeah I thought the same, it was pretty weird not finding them. I didn't know how to insert the images in a reply so edited my original post. Thank you for the help! :)
