Hi Zyxel Community,
Good day!
Has anyone that has successfully integrated Antamedia as an external radius server for captive portal?
I tried to configure it and follow the procedure but still wont authenticate.
It redirects but has errors(see attached photo).
I couldn't find reasons why I couldn't connect to my radius servers.
My setup is on premise with USG flex200 and WAX610d.

Have you added USG flex200 and WAX610D into the radius trust list?
In case the issue still happens, please upload the screenshot shows errors message again. We didn't see any attached photo.
Moreover, please collect and provide us the diagnostic file of USG FLEX200 and WAX610D after fail to authenticate. We’ll check and tell you when there is any update.
