Zyxel 1930-10 wont reset with ip 0.0.0.0

Hi we're having some network issues and failing to reset the switch manually. The switch is assigning Ip of 0.0.0.0 to all devices and we can see this in the ZON app, however doing a reset to try and change the password to reconfigure the swtich doesn't work.

    Hi @safwaanm,

    Do you mean the XS1930-10 assigns IP to other devices? XS1930 is an access layer switch but not a firewall, it does not support the DHCP function.
    You will need a firewall or DHCP server to provide IP addresses. Or set up your devices with static IP address.
