Zywall 110 Firmware Update 4.71 to 4.72 or 4.73

We have a Zywall 110 with firmware 4.71. Can't upgrade to the next firmware. The file download passes, but the zywall does not reboot and the firmware does not melt. Try through the cloud and upload the file through the web interface. What can be wrong?

    Greeting Forum, 
    Please kinldy follow the Guide (Page72) to try Frimware recover:

    1)Press any key to enter debug mode when boot up 
    2)Enter atkz -f -l 192.168.1.1 to configure FTP server IP address
    3)Enter atgof to bring up the FTP server on Port2 
    4)Using FTP command to upload 4.73 firmware.

    Zywall works. It's loading. Recovery is not required. It doesn't refresh.
