Hi @zyxtax,
Welcome to the Zyxel community!
This is more likely due to the cable quality, have you tried to connect a new cable to fix it?
In addition, could you share which model your router is and what firmware version your XGS1250-12 is?

Hi,
the installed firmware is V1.00(ABWE.1)C0.
I just saw, that there is a V1.00(ABWE.2)C0 available.
Though the release notes does not mention any auto-negotiation issues, I will give it a try.0 -
No, unfortunately this did not fixed it.0

Hi @zyxtax,
Could you change the cable or connect XGS1250 port 9-11 to other devices to check whether it can link up?
This issue is more likely a layer 1 issue, so it would be easier to clarify the issue by doing some cross-tests.0 -

HiI've got the very same issue. For a given cable the link up in auto-negotiation works fine for chosen ports 1-8 and 12 (loop detection works), but it doesn't for ports 9-11.I tried to start a RMA but this doesn't work, I am always reconnected to "myZyxel", where I do not find any option to start an RMA.0
