What with the USG60W being EOL this might not get fixed but I post anyway.

Was one V4.73 now on V4.73(AAKZ.0)ITS-22WK50-r106743

So setup is with USG60W built-in wireless down a VPN tunnel to VPN300 doing speed bursts at speedtest closing/refreshing before it ends and running it again over and over.

The problem seems to be that the VPN is under heavy load that the USG forgets the wifi causing a disconnect and crash.

Test devices

Sony XPERIA 5 2 mostly disconnects

Tp-link Archer T9UH can cause the USG60W to reboot but since have not cause this to happen again.

Logs with disconnects by Sony phone

Update have now caused a crash/reboot of the USG all I was doing was a ping on Tp-link Archer T9UH and speed test by phone by closing/refreshing speed test app before it ends and running it again over and over.

Have the Diagnostic run after the USG booted back up if needed for you to have a look at.

I'm thinking the FLEX/ATP 100W might have the same problem

Thank you for updating me on the test result. After changing the remote policy from an IP range of 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255 to a subnet, there were no more reboot crashes.
