GS1910-24 console via factory settings

I do not know the interface IP and user name of the device. Unable to access with 192.168.1.1. I connect with Putty, I do ctrl+c. I am typing the following commands.
RedBoot> default
RedBoot > reset

I'm getting an error I don't have much knowledge can you help me in the simplest way

putty speed 115200

    Hi @Onur,

    You will get these warning messages after factory default GS1910-24 via the console.
    Could you help to access 192.168.1.1 as the default IP address?
    And you could enter the Web GUI with admin/1234 as the default account and password.

    Hi @Onur,

    The factory default command you used is correct.
    RedBoot> default (O)
    RedBoot > reset (O)

    After rebooting, it should back to the default management IP address which is 192.168.1.1.


    Since you have factory default you switch, could you access 192.168.1.1 again?
