How to upgrade NWA5123-AC-HD firmware?

Hello,

When I check the firmware update from my AP in standalone mode, it tells me that the latest release is the 6.25 release.

My AP is also in the Wireless > AP Management. There, my FW tells me there is the 6.50 patch 1 available. It's not managed from the FW, so I can't download it.

If I go on your website, the firmware displayed is the 6.25.

Which source can I trust? How can I download this 6.50 release?

    Hi there,

    The log you see is not for NWA5123-AC-HD, but for AP Firmware List - all models that can be managed by your firewall. Available firmware is the later AP firmware version available on the firmware server. The firewall will check whether the newer firmware version on the firmware server than the version on AP Firmware List.

    In case, your firewall just manage NWA5123-AC-HD, you can ignore the log. If there is a model uses 6.50P1, you can click Renew Firmware to download the 6.50P1 firmware version for your firewall to manage AP.

    Hi there,

    The latest firmware of NWA5123-AC-HD is 6.25 patch 9.

    When AP managed by Controller, you can check the firmware status by going to Wireless > AP management. If your firmware version is already 6.25 patch 9, the status will show as "Up to date."

    Could you please share a screenshot or image that shows there is a 6.50 patch 1 firmware update available for the NWA5123-AC-HD?
