Firmware Update
I just installed my USG60W and everything went good up and running. On the easy site where it takes you when your done. It has the firmware version screen and a cloud to the right of it. I clicked on the cloud to think it was checking or a firmware update then a red N appeared on the cloud picture. Then I checked my email and found 2 emails saying I have just activated a new service. Service name: Firmware upgrade. And the other said I have linked a new service to a product. What is this and it said if I have any questions to come here and ask question.

Hi @Snowtoy,"Firmware Upgrade Service" is a free license to get Cloud Helper notifications when new firmware is available. The icon
means a newer firmware is available on the Cloud Helper Server. Click this icon to display a What’s New pop-up screen.
Then click "Upgrade Now" to directly upgrade firmware to the standby partition and have the Zyxel Device reboot automatically so that the new standby firmware becomes the running firmware. The previous running firmware becomes the standby firmware.5
