Outbound Traffic from an Internal Server not Routing Through Correct External IP

Thanks for your update. Not sure if old outbound E-mail sessions already existed before you created the policy route rules, so the outbound E-mail session won't hit the policy route(its SNAT is 50.50.50.10) rule.
