    Hi @Sinbadtiburon37 ,

    Hi @sinbadtiburon37,

We would like to gather more information to assist you to solve the issue, so could you share with us:

    1. The model name
    2. The firmware version before you upgraded the firmware to V4.80
    3. The management mode: standalone mode or cloud mode
    4. The detail symptom like your switch is on standalone mode’s GUI, at first your SNMP is enable, however after you upgraded your switch to V4.80, the SNMP is disable? Or your switch is managed by Nebula, on the Nebla GUI, the SNMP is enable, however the SNMP tool is not work, ect.

    Hi @Sinbadtiburon37 ,

You mention SNMP STATUS shows ! in red should look like the screen below. It is just a Security warning, not disable status.

The SNMP community is used for SNMP management and is set to public by default. To avoid security breach, please change the community string to a value other than default setting.

If SNMP is enabled in W4.70, it will remain enabled after upgrading to 4.80. However, in W4.80, resetting to its default configuration will disable SNMP as our spec. In case, you'd like to enable SNMP, please go to Security > Access control > Service Access Control. Don't forget to change the SNMP community as well.
