Zyxel USG40. Web interface and ssh console stops working after a while

Hello!

We have bunch of USG40 with latest firmware affected by this issue. After about two weeks since last boot i cannot interact with USG. Web interface tells me "wrong command" after login. Cannot control by ssh too.

any action in ssh console just kick me off. What space it needs, configuration not complicated at all. After reboot USG goes back to normal, but in 2-3 weeks all of this repeats.
Even though USG still works. Just can't interact with it. Rollback to previous firmware didn't help.
This issue affected only USG40. Any help appreciated. Thx
