ATP100 - FW 5.36P1 - Threat Intelligence Machine Learning again out-of-date

Hi,

my last firmware was version "536ABPS0ITS-23WK17-r109100". This lab firmware was send to me by private message.

Now I tried to update my ATP100 via cloud firmware but that was not allowed because of this special firmware version.

I then installed old firmware V5.35 and after that I clicked on cloud firmware update to get firmware V5.36 Patch 1.

The firmware updates were successfull but now the Thread Intelligence Machine Learning signature is again out of date. The same problem I had with firmware 5.35.

I rebooted my ATP100 but that makes no difference.

I'm not able to update the signature.

Is this a new bug in V5.36 Patch1 or is this because I downgraded to V5.35 prior to installing V5.36 Patch1?

Please help!

    Just curious - why would you downgrade before the upgrade. I know that gets you cloud update - but you can manually upload to go right from the lab firmware version. Wonder if that had an impact…

    The V5.36 Patch1 was not available in MyZyxel portal as a download.

    But I had V5.35 available so I've done a downgrade.

    After that I was able to do the cloud firmware update.

    I just tried again to update the TIML signature.

    Now the signature was updated successfully.

    Curious why it took so long to successfully update the signature.

    But it's all ok now.

    Just checked my ATP100 and it is also out-of-date again!

    Checked one of our ATP500s and it looks current on the new 5.36.1 firmware so far

    It is confirmed a bug in 5.35 and the fix will be merged into the next version of firmware with 5.36P1. We will release the new version in New & Release.

    Now I'm confused. My ATP100 is currently on Firmware: V5.36(ABPS.1) / 2023-05-09 05:07:09.

    That is 5.36P1, isn't it?

    And 5.36P1 is already released some days ago.

    Or will there be an updated 5.36P1 available?

    Hi @e_mano_e

    We will release weekly firmware with 5.36P1 base recently. Weekly firmware = 5.36P1 + some bug fixes

    We will release the new version in News & Release.
