SecuReporter Dashboard Widget loading very slow

Since end of Beta the Dashboard Widget are loading very very slow. Some imes even get timeout without loading any data. Testet from different Browser and aslo different location with different Internet Access, all the time the same Issue.

Is there any performance Issue with the Cloud solution?

It's not that slow in our testing (loading dashboard page). Do you have any specific procedure or the video to show us how it makes users feel slow?

After refreshing this page some more times, I can see the dashboard loading symptom. We'll check out what's going on there.

The data processing mechanism had been enhanced, now your pages/charts should be able to load successfully.
