Hi @support,1. You have to renew the license before it is expired.If you have several devices sending logs to SecuReporter and only one of these devices is expired, you can still access SecuReporter cloud server to check logs for other devices which still have valid license.However, you cannot check the old logs of the device which doesn't have valid license. That is, once the SecuReporter of the device is expired, you are still able to access the SecuReporter cloud server but unable to check old logs of this device.2. If you renew the license several days after the license is expired, you cannot check old logs for this device. Only new logs exist on the SecurReporter cloud server.3. You have to renew the license before it is expired to see all old logs and new logs on the server.0
