If device is managed by nebula
Step 1. Go to Monitor > Firewall > Event log.
Step 2. Check if the message “FIRMWARE: Upgrade RPC received” appeared more than once in a short time. It means nebula pushed the firmware more than once to the device and causes the upgrade process to stop.
