Firmware upgrade on ATP500 not working.

Hello all,

I was trying to upgrade firmware to the latest 5.36 Patch2 as my device got affected by latest VPN connection dropping issue but had no luck with it.
Currently it has Base Firmware 1.0 in Standby partition and V5.30(ABFU.0) in Running.
When I tried to upgrade both partitions with no luck.

Firmware uploads to the device, updating notification shows up and it stucks at this stage forever (I waited for 15 minutes once)
If I press F5 web-interface just reloads and I see no changes in firmware.

Any help appreciated.

    @YuryDXB since the firmware version of standby partition is too old. I suggest you boot up with standby partition and upgrade the firmware by the method of "Firmware Recovery"

    But why Running partition doesn't upgrade firmware from 5.30 to the latest?

    Is it connected to outdated standby partition?

    How do you neglect to update the other firmware slot for three five years!

    In my defense I recently joined the company and this is what I inherited 😅

    So, do you have any ideas why firmware is not upgrading at least for the running partition which has V5.30 installed?

    None really I would think it should upgrade maybe try 5.31. and 5.32 to then 5.36 Patch 2 I have never upgraded a running partition always the standby

    @YuryDXB yes, it could be. So I suggest you upgrade the firmware by the method of Firmware Recovery

    BTW, please backup the configuration before upgrading.
