usg 200 vs. usg 210

I try to instal a zywall usg 210 at a customer
the customer have a usg 200 (old) but i get a error when ttry to instal the file from the usg 200 to the usg 210
in file manager

please help

Hi @safe4us,

The configuration file of ZyWALL USG 200 cannot be uploaded to USG210 directly.

You need to convert the configuration file of USG200 to a new file which is compatible with USG210 and then upload the new configuration file to USG210.

Hi @safe4us,

If you have certificates other than the default certificate on the original USG 200, you need to manually import these certificates to USG210.
