GS1900-HP24 help missing after upgrade from 2.6 to V2.70(AAHM.5)

The embeded help is missing from the console management, give broken url message. The application notes stated the help is now web based (as was the previous 2.6 version i think).

I rebooted switch twice after firmware update.

Any ideas?

    Hi @TSSEA94,

    Do you mean the web-based help page is unreachable on V2.70(AAHM.5)? I checked it is reachable with my PC. Please check if your PC lacks a default gateway or DNS server setting.
