not enable to login

After upload and apply new firmware runtime-GS1900-48HPv2-V2.70(ABTQ.5).bix into GS1900 8HP I'm not able to login admin/1234. I tried reboot switch manually, but the same result "The user name or password is incorrect." What I should to do to fix it?

    Hi @CMK,

    I tried to upgrade from 2.40 (AAHI.2) to 2.70 (AAHI.5) and login successfully. May I know what the original firmware version is?

    To fix this problem, you need to press the reset/restore button for 10 seconds to factory default it.
