GS1910-24: Can't access switch web management or CLI

    I think probably the access management since Zyxel_Lucios mention that.

    Did you manage to find this out. My GS1910-24 is doing the same thing. I can ping it but not get to the web interface.

    @Robsonalan,

    What browser did you use? Maybe you can try IE mode since the GS1910 is an old switch with the old firmware. Current browsers (like Chrome or Edge) might block to access the device for some reason.

    And you should also check the access management setting if it enable http/https.
