L2TP vpn from iphone

Hi i want to connect an Iphone via L2TP vpn, but it cant connect, getting error

It works fine from android phone, and windows 10.
What PH 1 and PH 2 settings should i use for Iphone?

    that means you need to configure any set below in fase 1 and 2

    i have set this, and local policy is wan ip.
    still dont get it too work? get this error [COOKIE] Invalid cookie, no sa found.
    Phase 1 IKE SA process done.
