"The SSO Agent has been Phased out!"

What is the best way to replace it with single sign on with active directory ?

Thanks for your help.

    The new SSO agent requests a new license called Network Premium, and it's bundled by GSP or UTM pack. However, it was on sale in June, so if you purchase the security bundle before June, you won't have the license for the new SSO agent, you can get it the next time renewal.

    Hello @LPSA

    We will have a newer version of the SSO service and SSO agent this year around Q3. Thanks

    @AdminSys

    It has already appeared in firmware 5.37. And now you need a valid license for security services to use it.

    Hi @AdminSys,

    The latest version of SSO Agent 2.1.0 supports for Windows Server 2022. Here is the release note for your reference.

    Hello, it's still not clear whether this feature is now available or not…
    The only article we found on the KB (dated a month ago) says the agent has been phased out, but is now compatible with Windows server 2022. What are we supposed to understand ?
    We have a few USG Flex 500 running at several locations, with firmware 5.37, but we still don't see any SSO tab under Web Authentication
    Another link, which seems quite recent, says SSO is available but we need a 'network premium service' license. Any product number for this license ? We cannot find it anywhere…
    Most of our client have a license bundle for security services (web filtering, IPS, app patrol, antimalware, …) but I cannot find something related with network premium services.

    Thank you for clearing this out !

    OK, there is a 'new" release of the new agent, but we do not see any SSO tab on our USG 500 (with security bundle license). I suppose we still need to give some information to the agent in order to communicate with the firewall (such as a preshared key). In the past there was a SSO tab under Web authentication section. What are we missing ?

    Please help me. I have renewed the license, but there is no SSO menu in web authentication, and there is no Network Premium Service in web management.

    Thank you.
