Unable to reach this page

My firewall USG Flex 100 blocking a specific web page: https://admin.aruba.it/ with the message: "Unable to reach this page" I entered the 'IP of the site in the reputation filter > Allow list page but it doesn't work...Any advice? Thanks

Regarding our remote session, while attempting to access https://pti.regione.sicilia.it/ we observed that only a TCP SYN packet was sent to the website server. However, the website server did not respond with any TCP SYN-ACK to the PC. Therefore, please bypass the USG Flex 100 and connect directly to the ISP router to see if you can access those websites or not. Thank you.

Whenever you cannot access https://admin.aruba.it/ , what kind of blocked log can be observed on Monitor > Log > View Log? Thanks.
