If the device is on premises mode, please add my email address into the following list to have Admin privilege and send me the Organization name and Device name in private message.
If this device is on nebula mode, please turn on support request and send me the Org and Site name of the device. Thanks!

Thanks for the information. I can see the symptom by searching the file hash on VirusTotal. I will report the issue to UTM team to check if it is false positive.

Today we modified the hash score as 0 (clean). There should be no virus hit of the hash 8bfed48756f192ed7afe6eaa4799aae4 from now on. Please monitor Security Indicator > Antivirus/Malware > Antivirus / Malware Trend (Hits) and see if there is no more hit if this hash.
