Zyxel firevall backup send e-mail

Hello,
I would like to ask for help, how can I solve it so that the firewall sends me the security backups by e-mail?

I set it in the Schedule Backup menu as well as in the Configuration menu.

The e-mail servergiven entered in the firewall.

STEP1. Please set up SMTP mail server in the firewall feature on your USG Flex 500.

SETP2. Navigate to Maintenance > File Manager > Configuration File > Schedule and configure the backup of the device config file by sending an e-mail.
