I need older firmware for Zyxel ATP200

Running version 4.55 and not confident I can upgrade straight away to latest 5.31.
Can you please provide the older firmwares and steps to progressively upgrade?
I have wasted 30 minutes because a lot of posts all over the place say, just go to ftp zyxel com but that is a sick joke. Nothing here for any UDP or ATP models.
