redirecting http traffic

Good morning
I'm looking to redirect http/https traffic to an external server (web filtering).
I created the rule in the service redirection section, but it does not work....
I use a zyxel usg flex 50
Do you have a solution to offer me?

    With HTTP redirect, the relevant packet flow for HTTP traffic is:
    1/ Security Policy: make sure there is no security policy blocking the traffic
    2/ HTTP Redirect: make sure the interface can reach the external server
    3/ Policy Route: create a policy route to forward traffic to the internet.(external server)

    May I know your redirect service settings and service scenario?
    BTW, with redirect service, please ensure there is no security policy blocking the HTTP requests from the client to the proxy server. You also need to manually configure a policy route to forward the HTTP traffic from the proxy server to the Internet.

    Good morning
    thank you for your response, here are the settings of my proxy and my network.
    Lan: 192.168.10.XX
    gateway: 192.168.1.XX
    proxy: 5.196.XX.XX port 3128
    Could you develop the policy route to put in place to redirect http traffic?
